Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests made after 5 days may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process or the product is out for delivery. In such a case, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue. This should be reported within 5 days of receiving the product. If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  3. For complaints regarding products with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.
  4. In case of any refunds approved by N-MART, the refund process will take 10 days to be completed and Credited to your original account.

Return Policy

• We offer refund/exchange within the first less than 24 Hours from the date of your purchase. If less than 24 Hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

  • The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must have its original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a return/exchange.
  • Only items found defective or damaged will be replaced (based on an exchange request).

• Certain categories of products/items may be exempted from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified at the time of purchase. For accepted return/exchange requests:

  • Once the returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved after the quality check, your return/exchange request will be processed as per our policies.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are Delivered within less than 24 Hours from the date of order/payment or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.

  • The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authority.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • Shipping costs, if levied by the seller or Platform Owner, are non-refundable.
